Talent vs. Skill

The difference between talent and skill is talent you are born with, skill you must develop. Talent helps to develop skill, but you don’t need talent to become an expert. Cultural identity is largely deemphasized in America today. When people talk about culture it usually refers to religion or ethnicity; however, culture comes in many different forms. For example, a professional athlete will share a similar culture with other athletes, just as a fraternity brother shares a culture with others in his fraternity.

By finding your culture and making it a larger part of your life, you will become much happier.
