Lately I’ve been thinking more and more about fitness and strength. It is an analysis of depression and how it effects the lives of those who are depressed as well as their friends and family. The article addresses the struggle in helping depressed people and suggests ways to do so without making their condition worse.

The Science of the Smile
Here’s a pretty straightforward article. It was based on the anonymous quote: “Don’t frown. You never know who is falling in love with your smile.” I really fell in love with this quote once I read it.
Enjoy! And remember to smile!
