About Me
They call me the Street Saint. I am a freelance journalist and performing artist specializing in physical performance. This includes disciplines such as acrobatics, circus arts, stage combat, and parkour. I love to learn new skills and I am constantly building up my repertoire. For a more detailed resume, click here.
Street Saint refers to a savior or guardian who protects and aids others on the street level. In other words, a street saint is anyone who is looking out for the interests of those in his/her community. I try to adopt this mindset to everything I do and every project I take on. About the Blog
I report on circus arts and physical performance events, happenings, and performances all over the world. There is not a lot of coverage of on-the-fringe arts like circus, parkour, dance, hooping, puppetry, gymnastics, etc. in the mainstream news media, so here’s one good place to find it. If you are interested in performance arts that require great control over the human body, head with me down the Road Less Traveled.
I also tend to take on a number of different projects. This may include traveling with other artists, visiting schools or gyms, teaching workshops, and a number of other things. You can also find more info about whatever I’m up to here on the blog.
Circus Arts Reporter
I am also the official Boston Circus Arts Examiner for Examiner.com. I publish articles on the topic of circus arts, primarily relating to the Boston and greater Boston area. Click on the icon to the right to visit my author page and see my articles.
